5-star palace750 sqm Decorte spaFouquet's brasserie1 min to George V Metro

Hotel Barriere Le Fouquet's has sat on the corner of the Champs-Elysees and Avenue George V since 1899, which makes it less a hotel and more a Paris institution. The 101 rooms were designed by Jacques Garcia in gold and beige, starting around 37 sqm — noticeably larger than the cramped Paris norm. Downstairs sits the Decorte spa, a full 750 sqm with an indoor pool, sauna, hammam and an ice room, plus a 24-hour gym. The ground-floor Fouquet's brasserie hosts the Cesar Awards every year, so you may be eating breakfast where a film star sat the night before. Guests score it 9.1 to 9.2/10 and rates open near $650 a night. George V Metro is a 1-minute walk, the Arc de Triomphe about 5.

  • Palace on the Champs-Elysees x George V corner, 5 min to the Arc de Triomphe
  • 750 sqm Decorte spa with indoor pool, sauna, hammam and an ice room
  • Fouquet's brasserie downstairs hosts the French Oscars every year

On the Champs-ÉlyséesRefreshed roomsLe W restaurantSunday Brunch

Warwick Paris sits directly on Avenue des Champs-Élysées — open the door and you're already on the most famous shopping street in the world, a 5-minute walk from George V on Metro Line 1. The 149 rooms are done in warm contemporary tones and were refreshed in recent years, with double-glazed windows that keep the avenue's traffic out. Downstairs, the Le W restaurant runs lunch, dinner and a Sunday Brunch that reviewers single out for its atmosphere and quality. Guests consistently praise the warm, fast front desk and reliably clean rooms; the trade-offs are no pool and a buffet breakfast charged separately at EUR 35 a head. Rates start around $257/night and run to roughly $510. If you want to live on the Champs-Élysées itself without paying palace money next door at Le Fouquet's, this is the most sensible answer on the avenue.

Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Élysées — hotel No. 3 #3 Suite-style aparthotel · full kitchenette + balcony 8.2

📍 On the Champs-Élysées side of the 8th, about 300 m (a 4-minute walk) from George V Metro, with the Arc de Triomphe 5 to 7 minutes away and the Avenue Montaigne luxury strip a short walk south.

🏠 Every unit is a suite with a full kitchenette 🏙️ Private Paris-view balcony in most rooms 🚇 George V Metro 300 m / 4-min walk
Suite with kitchenettePrivate balconyGood for long staysBooking 8.2/10

Fraser Suites Le Claridge is not a normal hotel — every unit is a roomy suite with a kitchenette, a washing machine, and (in most rooms) a private balcony, so it feels far more like a Paris apartment than a hotel room. Booking.com scores it 8.2/10 across thousands of reviews, with guests singling out the space and the location just off the Champs-Élysées. It suits families settling in for 4 to 7 nights or couples who want real room to spread out rather than a tight double. George V Metro (Line 1) is a 4-minute walk, putting the Louvre three stops away and the Arc de Triomphe a 5-to-7-minute stroll. Rates start around $340 a night and climb toward $630 for the larger suites, which lands above a standard 4-star nearby but undercuts a true apartment rental once you factor in daily housekeeping and a front desk.

  • Every unit is a suite with a kitchenette — real savings on food over a week
  • Private balcony in most rooms, a Paris view standard hotels rarely offer
  • George V Metro 4-minute walk, on Line 1 straight to the Louvre
  • From around $340/night, above a typical 4-star in the same blocks
  • Concierge is lighter than a full-service hotel — no 24-hour room service

22-room boutiqueart-themed roomsfree minibarquiet 8th arrondissement

Hôtel Le Monna Lisa (now run as by Inwood Hotels) is a 22-room art-themed boutique on a calm street in the 8th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk off the Champs-Élysées rather than on it. Every room is individually designed around its own color scheme, with a free minibar (water and soda), a Bluetooth docking station, and fast Wi-Fi. The number that sells it: couples score the location 9.6/10, and the overall guest rating sits at 8.4/10 on Booking and 8.3 on Agoda. Saint-Philippe du Roule on Metro Line 9 is 200 m away, so the Arc de Triomphe is roughly a 10-minute walk and the shopping is closer still. Rooms are compact by design and there is no in-house restaurant, but for couples who want a real Paris neighborhood over a chain lobby, that is the trade. Doubles start around $220 a night.

  • 22 art-themed rooms, each individually designed
  • Free minibar (water and soda) in every room
  • Couples rate the location 9.6/10

suite with private balconyHaussmann parquet floorsdigital self check-inBooking 8.6/10

Vestay Champs-Élysées trades the hotel lobby for something closer to your own Paris apartment: every unit is a suite with a private balcony, original Haussmann bones — parquet floors, high molded ceilings, wrought-iron railings — and a kitchenette with a kettle and small fridge. There is no front desk and no bellboy; you let yourself in with a digital code, which is why privacy-minded couples rate it so highly. Booking.com guests score it 8.6/10, comfortably above the Champs-Élysées average, with the balcony breakfasts coming up again and again in reviews. It sits in the 8th arrondissement a 5-minute walk from Franklin D. Roosevelt metro (Lines 1 and 9), mid-avenue between the Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde. Rooms run roughly $230 to $460 a night — apartment space and a true-Paris feel for the price of a mid-tier 4-star.

  • Private balcony in every suite — rare on this avenue
  • Real Haussmann interiors: parquet, high ceilings, iron rails
  • Booking.com 8.6/10, above the area average
  • No 24-hour front desk — issues handled by phone or WhatsApp
  • Self check-in by code means you manage your own arrival

50 m from Champs-ÉlyséesRoomy walk-in showersWell-rated breakfastStrong value

Hôtel Cristal Champs-Élysées sits just 50 m off the avenue itself — a few seconds on foot to the trees and shop windows of the Champs-Élysées. It skips the brown-tone Parisian cliché for contemporary rooms in fresh, saturated color, and the bathrooms do the heavy lifting: roomy walk-in showers, with a few units getting a freestanding tub guests keep posting to Instagram. Booking.com guests score it 8.3 and the fresh breakfast draws steady praise for taste and variety, at a reasonable EUR 15-20 per person. Franklin D. Roosevelt Metro (Lines 1 and 9) is a 3-minute walk, the Arc de Triomphe about 10 minutes, and the Louvre three stops on Line 1. From around $185 a night, this is the sharpest value on the street for a 4-star within 100 m of the avenue — no pool or spa, but most travelers booking here came for the address, not the laps.

  • 50 m from the Champs-Élysées, seconds on foot
  • Roomy walk-in showers, some with freestanding tubs
  • Fresh breakfast praised for variety

five-star boutique37 roomsNina Campbell designGeorge V Metro

Hotel de Vigny is one of those Paris addresses that regulars guard quietly: a five-star boutique of just 37 rooms on a side street in the 8th arrondissement, barely 200 metres from George V Metro. Every room was designed individually by Nina Campbell, so no two share the same fabrics, colours or detailing — it reads more like a well-dressed private home than a hotel. The Golden Key concierge is the real draw, with a back channel into Michelin tables that book out weeks ahead. It scores 8.8/10 on Agoda and 8.7 on Booking, with guests singling out how personal the service feels at this size. The Arc de Triomphe is a 5-minute walk and Line 1 runs straight to the Louvre. Rooms start around $260 a night — fair for genuine five-star this close to the avenue.

📍 8th arrondissement, on the Arc de Triomphe end of the Champs-Élysées — about 300 m (a 4-minute walk) from Charles de Gaulle–Étoile Metro and 5 minutes on foot from the Arc itself.

🏛️ 5-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe 🪵 Original parquet floors 🏙️ Haussmann balconies over the avenue
5-star 46 roomsoriginal parquet floorsnear Arc de TriompheHaussmann balconies

The Radisson Blu Hotel Champs-Élysées is a small 5-star with just 46 rooms, sitting on the Arc de Triomphe end of the avenue. Rooms keep the original parquet floors and Haussmann balconies that give this stretch of Paris its character, and they run far quieter than you'd expect over an eight-lane boulevard — guests repeatedly note how well the double glazing seals out traffic. The Charles de Gaulle–Étoile Metro (lines 1, 2 and 6) is a 4-minute walk, and the Arc de Triomphe itself is five minutes on foot. There's a breakfast room with a terrace that reviewers single out, friendly staff, and a more personal feel than a big chain tower. Rates start around $215 a night. It scores 8.0/10 and suits travelers who'd rather have genuine Haussmann charm than glass-and-steel polish.

  • 5-star, 5-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe
  • Original parquet floors and balconies
  • Rooms stay quiet despite the avenue
  • Some rooms dated and due a refresh

Hôtel du Romancier — hotel No. 9 #9 Best value · 3-star boutique 100 m off the Champs-Élysées 8.1

📍 8th arrondissement, 100 m off the Champs-Élysées, a 5-minute walk to George V Metro and the Arc de Triomphe

💰 Best value in the area, from ~$97 📍 100 m off the Champs-Élysées 🛁 Modern bath with self-cleaning WC
From ~$97 a night3-star classic boutiqueBooking 8.1/10100 m off Champs-Élysées

Hôtel du Romancier is one of the closest 3-star boutiques to the Champs-Élysées you can book without paying palace money — the avenue is just 100 m from the door, in the calmer side streets of the 8th arrondissement. Rooms lean classic and warm rather than trendy, and the detail guests keep flagging is the bathroom: a self-cleaning WC with a water jet that several reviewers rate the best they've used, which is genuinely odd praise for a 3-star. Booking.com scores it 8.1/10, with location and that boutique feel doing most of the heavy lifting. George V Metro on Line 1 is a 5-minute walk, the Arc de Triomphe 5 to 7 minutes, and Avenue Montaigne's luxury row about 10. Rates start near $97 and top out around $200 — the rare value pick in a postcode where decent hotels usually open at $280-plus.

  • From ~$97 a night, the area's value pick
  • 100 m off the Champs-Élysées, George V 5 min
  • Self-cleaning WC rare for a 3-star
  • Rooms mid-size, best for 1-2 people
  • Breakfast pricey for the tier per some reviews

Hotel Delarc

From ~$103

📍 40 m off the Champs-Élysées, a 3-minute walk to Franklin D. Roosevelt Metro; the Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde are each about a 10-minute walk.

from about $10040 m off the Champs-ÉlyséesFDR Metro 3-min walkrenovated rooms

Hotel Delarc is the budget play on the Champs-Élysées — a 2-star sitting just 40 m off the avenue, with Franklin D. Roosevelt Metro (Lines 1 and 9) a 3-minute walk away. The rooms were recently redone and read cleaner and newer than the star rating suggests, and a buffet breakfast plus free Wi-Fi are included. The score lands at 7.0/10, and the reviews split for one honest reason: the rooms are genuinely tiny and the lift fits one person with a bag. But waking up steps from the avenue from roughly $100 a night — when most decent 8th-arrondissement hotels start near $285 — is a trade plenty of travelers will happily make. Walk out the door and you are 10 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe one way and Place de la Concorde the other.

Preguntas frecuentes
