While the building sits right by the sea, Colombo traffic is heavy morning and evening, and crossing the wide Galle Road needs real care. Several reviews note the Table One Cafe breakfast, while good, gets repetitive over several nights — the Western options repeat most days even though genuine Sri Lankan dishes are there — so some guests swap in a meal at One Galle Face Mall next door for a change.
