The other way, a few minutes' walk brings you to Macedonia Square and its giant Alexander the Great statue, ringed by the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle, the Sveti Dimitrija church and riverside restaurants. From the hotel it's about a 10-minute walk to Skopje Bus Station if you're catching a coach to Ohrid or other Macedonian towns, and Skopje Airport (SKP) is 25–30 minutes by car. In short, if you've come to Skopje to walk the Old Bazaar and Macedonia Square thoroughly, this location is the neatest answer.
