In-Depth Review
Rooms and decor
The room we'd book is the Family Suite, a 48 sqm unit with a separate bedroom, its own living room and a real kitchenette — a big fridge, an IH stove, a microwave, a dishwasher and an in-unit washing machine. That setup is built for a family parked here 4 to 7 days, not a one-night stopover. A studio starts at $69 a night, while the Family Suite runs roughly $109 to $129. The bathroom has a deep Japanese-style spa tub with a separate shower, so you can run a hot soak in your own room even on a night you skip the shared onsen.
Food and amenities
The headline feature is HARBOR LAND mini, an indoor playground the HARBOR LAND chain built into the hotel on the 2nd floor — a trampoline, a ball pit, a slide, a climbing wall, a drawing corner and arcade machines, all free for guests and open 9am to 8pm, with separate restrooms and staff keeping an eye on safety. No other Sriracha hotel has anything like it. Adults are looked after too: the onsen sits on the 4th floor, split by gender, with a 40°C hot bath, a foot bath, a steam room and a dry sauna, plus a massage room you can book for $34 an hour. The in-house restaurant runs an international dinner buffet at $19 a head, with kids under 6 free.
Location and getting there
The hotel is about 5 minutes from Robinson and Pacific Park, so the malls and food in central Sriracha are an easy reach. The outdoor pool is 30 metres long with a separate kids pool at 60 cm deep and a lifeguard on duty, and there's a proper outdoor playground with swings and monkey bars open 6am to 10pm. From Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) it's roughly 100 km, about 1.5 hours on the motorway.
Things to know before booking
This is the most expensive starting price in the list — $69 for a studio climbing to around $129 for a Family Suite. It's also a big property, and with the family crowd it gets genuinely hectic on long weekends, so it won't suit anyone after a quiet boutique stay. And it sits a little outside the centre of Sriracha rather than right in the heart of town.
Our take
Balcony Courtyard is the answer for a family that wants the kids worn out and the adults actually rested. At $69 to $171 a night it makes real sense if you're travelling as a group of 4 to 6 and splitting a suite. It's best for families with children aged 3 to 10, long-stay guests who want a kitchen, and friends sharing a Family Suite — and it's the one we'd score full marks in the family category.
