Two honest caveats. First, you're 6–7 km south of downtown — wonderful for quiet, less convenient if you want to stroll to the night market. Second, it's small: with only 19 rooms, availability is genuinely tight, and rooms fill very fast in high season and over long weekends. If your dates are fixed, book well ahead.
