Things to know before booking

There is no parking — the Old Town is a private-vehicle-free zone, so you park outside and walk in; the nearest option is the Altstadt Garage at Mozartplatz, a 5-10 minute walk away with a daily fee. Some rooms are small because of the old building, so confirm the size before you commit. And the 700-year-old structure has architectural limits, so the lift may not reach every floor — flag any trouble with stairs when you book.
