Mongolia — find the right stay, from deciding to booking

“The steppe, gers, and the nomadic life”

Mongolia is a land of eternal sky and the nomadic life — steppe grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see, the Gobi Desert, the gers of the herders, riding horses and camels, and the capital, Ulaanbaatar — a raw nature-and-culture experience you'll find nowhere else.

🐎

Horses and camels

At camps you use horses and camels to get around and feel the local way of life.

🛂 Etiquette & culture in Mongolia

Ger etiquette

Walk clockwise inside a ger, accept things with your right hand, and never step on the threshold.

🌡️

Extreme weather

Bitterly cold in winter (tens of degrees below zero); the brief summer is really the only travel season.

🛂

Check the latest visa rules for Thai travelers before planning your trip.
